Many Chat Reviews

AVOID!
Scam company, they charge you each month when you are unable to use and have not used their service. There is a reason why all the reviews are saying the same thing.

We were wrongfully charged for an unprecedented increase in messenger subscribers that were gained AWAY from messenger. The platform started to tally our shopify emails from consumers we onboarded away from messenger. Our fee increase by a multiple of 4 and the support team refuse to acknowledge the fault in their system.

Very poor service. No humans to speak to, no account management, zero communication about their service and your experience with the usability.

Horrible!!
Cant work because of too many bugs.
Getting 100 emails every hour.
Turned all notifications off. Nothing works!!!

Support is slow and I didn't get the support I needed. Just sent me to read long articles but never got a specific answer to my issue. Hope you'll get better in the future. For me, the experience of working with Manychat was one big frustration.

It has many features that allow us to build a chatbot exactly how we need, especially when it come to automation responses. A visual flow builder, this is the part that I like the most about this product. They also have many templates that we can reuse them easily.

This system is very useful because it will help you save more time. You can set up the message or action base on your needs. So meaning you can work more tasks at the same time the bot is working properly and effectively.

It will also help you to eliminate the information and connect to the right person that your looking for.Perfect performance for me and it easy to understand the guideline.Thank you for helping my small business to operate like a big one.

Love ManyChat - works hard to ensure compliance with Facebook's policies, has amazing user support in the ManyChat Community Facebook group. This is a game changer and something I recommend to every client I work with!

Love the idea of Manychat and it feels like it has so much potential. Still gives the option of "talk to a human" on my flows - not good when this is usually unmanned - I think this is a default setting, has lost me a few leads :(
Hopefully, as it develops things will improve!
